LSSCO / Mobilization

Start the project with ownership, records and escalation routes already defined.

Mobilization joins the commercial scope to the operating system before contractors, vendors and connected assets fragment across separate records.

Mobilization map

Seven interfaces are controlled before delivery accelerates.

The method is useful for construction, fit-out, facility transition, technology implementation and cross-border project starts.

01

Scope and outcome.

What the project must produce, what is excluded and who accepts the result.

02

People and authority.

Owner, project lead, general contractor, facility team, IT provider and specialist vendors.

03

Schedule and dependencies.

Critical dates, long-lead items, access constraints, approvals and technical dependencies.

04

Records and evidence.

Attendance, photographs, files, decisions, change records, system exports and handover evidence.

05

Vendor access.

Purpose, sponsor, access route, duration, privilege, removal and evidence owner.

06

Incidents and escalation.

Who leads, who contains, which provider validates and how decisions are recorded.

07

Transfer and recovery.

Administrator ownership, support route, backups, restoration evidence and open risks.

OUTPUT

Mobilization decision pack.

Responsibility matrix, issue register, reporting rhythm and defined owner decisions.

US terminology

Local language without losing the method.

The US route uses owner, general contractor, schedule, punch list, facility operator and statement of work. Contractual meaning remains controlled rather than translated casually.

Commercial boundary

  • LSSCO does not assume general-contractor responsibilities.
  • Engineering and statutory roles remain with appointed professionals.
  • Live system testing requires separate authority, scope and competence.
  • Site attendance and local delivery are project-specific.
