LSSCO / Privacy

Privacy notice for website enquiries and business contact.

This notice applies to information sent through the LSSCO website, by email or during an initial business discussion. A separate data schedule may apply to a client engagement.

1. Who is responsible

L. S. Severus & Co. Limited is the business responsible for the initial website and business-contact information described here. The company is incorporated in Hong Kong S.A.R. and can be contacted at info@lsscoltd.com.

2. Information collected

We may receive your name, organization, role, email address, telephone number, location, service interest, message and later correspondence. Do not send confidential credentials, sensitive personal data or detailed security information through the public form.

3. Why it is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate whether a proposed engagement is suitable, prepare a scope, manage business correspondence, maintain proportionate records and protect the website or firm from misuse. Where required, processing will be based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, consent or legitimate business interests.

4. Service providers and transfers

Website hosting, form processing, email, storage, professional advisers and project-specific delivery providers may process information for the stated purpose. Because LSSCO operates cross-border, information may be handled in more than one jurisdiction. The applicable contract or data schedule should address material client-data transfers.

5. Retention

Enquiry records are retained only for a proportionate business, legal, security or record-keeping period. Client-project retention is agreed separately. Information that no longer has a justified purpose should be deleted, anonymized or securely archived where continued retention is required.

6. Your requests

You may contact LSSCO to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or the source and handling of your information. Rights and complaint routes vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website contains no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools or non-essential cookie code. The sample control-record checklist may store its completion state locally in your browser. That local value is not sent to LSSCO by the demonstration code.

8. Security and updates

Reasonable technical and organizational controls are selected according to the information and delivery model. No public website can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated when the website, providers, law or business model changes.
