The client, project, purpose, responsible owner and data position must exist before access is issued.
LSSCO / Project access
No public login is exposed.
Access to a live SiteWorks or Secure Operations environment is provided only for an active, defined deployment through the agreed client route.
Access position
A login screen is not a credibility prop.
LSSCO does not publish a fake portal, default password or public client directory.
Role-based access.
Access is limited to the records and actions required for the user’s role and agreed reporting route.
Removal and transfer.
Access is reviewed at role change, project close, provider departure and handover.
Do not send passwords or technical credentials by public email. Existing project users should use the route and instructions issued by their project lead.
