SiteWorks Mauritius Pilot

Pilot boundaries before live records.

A useful pilot begins with a narrow purpose, named users, controlled access and a written boundary between operational records and statutory responsibility.

Commercial operator

L. S. Severus & Co. Limited

LSSCO scopes, contracts and reports the pilot. Unless a later written agreement states otherwise, the pilot does not establish a Mauritian company, local branch, contractor registration, agency relationship, joint venture or employment relationship.

System layer

Uriyel SiteWorks

SiteWorks records agreed operational information. It does not certify works, approve designs, replace consultants, create legal compliance or assume the client’s statutory duties.

Before launch

Seven matters must be agreed.

No live personal data, photographs or project records should be captured before these points are documented.

Purpose

The exact operating failure the pilot is testing and the records necessary to test it.

Roles

Client owner, pilot administrator, authorised users, report recipients and issue decision owner.

Data position

Controller/processor role, lawful basis, notices, contact route and restrictions on sensitive data.

Access

Who can enter, view, edit, export and close each record category.

Photography

Permitted areas, people-identification rules, client consent and distribution.

Retention

Pilot duration, export date, archive owner and deletion position.

Success test

Measures for record completeness, response, reporting time and user adoption.

What SiteWorks is not

Operational evidence is not professional certification.

Not a contractor

The pilot does not authorise LSSCO, MVB or SiteWorks to undertake regulated construction work in Mauritius.

Not a dutyholder

SiteWorks does not replace the client, designer, contractor, engineer, architect, safety adviser or competent local authority.

Not surveillance

The system is not intended for covert monitoring, biometric tracking or unrestricted employee-performance surveillance.

Not an emergency service

Urgent safety, security, medical, fire, structural or utility matters must use the client’s emergency procedures.

Not unlimited development

The pilot includes agreed configuration only. Bespoke integrations and engineering require a separate scope.

Not proof of approval

Participation does not imply endorsement by the Government of Mauritius, a public body, regulator or professional institution.

Next step

Use the pilot enquiry before sending data.

Describe the operating problem without confidential names, photographs or access credentials. A pilot boundary can then be drafted for review.
