SiteWorks sits beside the project team. It does not replace the project team.
The model is built to be safe for architects, project managers, surveyors, QSs, lawyers, lenders and private offices. It gives the owner a controlled record without blurring professional responsibility.
For the owner
You receive the weekly evidence pack, issue status and decision queue without being dragged into daily site noise.
For the adviser
SiteWorks supports reporting and decision clarity. Adviser opinions, certifications and instructions remain adviser-owned.
For the contractor
The contractor continues to deliver the works. SiteWorks records defined attendance, acknowledgements, notes and evidence.
For the private office
Records become a repeatable archive across projects, assets, advisers and owner-side stakeholders.
Clean scope prevents adviser resistance.
The record layer should be introduced as owner-side visibility, not as a parallel contractor, pseudo-consultant or monitoring scheme.
| Party | Continues to own | SiteWorks adds |
|---|---|---|
| Contractor | Delivery, workmanship, labour control, site management and contractual obligations. | Defined attendance records, acknowledgements, issue notes and evidence indexing where agreed. |
| Architect / consultant | Professional advice, design responsibility, certification and instructions within scope. | Forwardable record of owner decisions, open issues and supporting evidence. |
| Project manager / QS | Programme, cost, contract administration and commercial reporting where appointed. | Structured owner-side visibility layer and archive that can sit beside their reporting. |
| Owner / private office | Client decisions, adviser appointments, project risk appetite and distribution list. | Weekly evidence pack, decision register and controlled access to the project record. |
Capture, classify, report, archive.
The point is not more software. The point is a traceable record that can be read by a serious owner or adviser.
Capture
Attendance, acknowledgements, notes and photographs are collected against defined project areas.
Classify
Records are linked to location, issue reference, project stage, owner decision or evidence category.
Report
The weekly pack shows what changed, what is open, what needs a decision and what happens next.
Archive
Reports, registers and evidence indexes are retained or deleted according to the agreed project position.
Access model
Owner, adviser, contractor, visitor and operator access should be role-based. Active deployments receive a project-specific gateway and access route. Public login is deliberately not exposed.
